People Incorporated announces Sheri Baker as Vice President of Residential Services

Baker brings 27 years of human service experience to lead division

FALL RIVER, MA (January 29, 2026) – People Incorporated has promoted Sheri Baker to Vice President of Residential Services, the Agency’s largest division. Baker oversees 33 residential homes with locations that span throughout Southeastern Massachusetts – from the southernmost site in Westport, though Greater Fall River and Greater Taunton, and as far north as Mansfield. Also in Baker’s purview are approximately 500 staff members who provide 24/7 direct care to over 150 individuals who reside in these homes.

Baker is no stranger to People Incorporated’s Residential Services; she has worked within this division since 1999, starting as a Direct Care Professional, then moving into the roles of Program Operations Manager and Assistant Division Director thereafter. Baker is highly knowledgeable in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and managing employees who provide services to them.
