403b- A Retirement plan where several investment options are available. Employees are able to defer pre-tax contributions for retirement savings. People Incorporated matches up to $500 of eligible contributions annually for eligible employees.

Tuition Assistant- A plan in place to support our employees with their educational goals who are enrolled in a college or taking eligible continuing education courses.  Earn up to $1,358.00 depending on employment status.

Tuition remission-A program the Agency participates in to provide additional financial assistance through a waiver of tuition fees at participating State colleges and universities.  Only available to employees where 60% of their wages and benefits are funded by Commonwealth of Mass programs.

Degree Completion Bonus- The Agency also awarded a one-time case aware for obtaining an Associates, Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree

Professional Development- An Agency program that provides assists with defining your career goals, education guidance, resume building and critiquing, Mock interview, training resources, and more resources to help your professional development and career growth.

Direct Support Certificate:  100% paid tuition and fees for the Direct Support Certification program at our local community colleges, (Massasoit, Bristol Community college).  Credit can be transferred to an Associate or Bachelor's degree.

Medical- Individual, Employee +1, and family coverage available through two different plans. Paired with Shared Funding Agreement funded by People Incorporated to cover eligible healthcare expenses, therefore reducing your out-of-pocket costs.

Dental- Individual and Family coverage is available through two different plans. Provides coverage for key preventive services such as regular checkups and cleanings to keep you and your family healthy. Helps offset potentially expensive dental procedures, such as crowns and fillings. Gives you access to one of the nation's largest dental networks so care is convenient to you. Makes it easy to find a high-quality certified network dentist.

Vision- Individual, Employee +1, and Family coverage available. For just a few dollars a month, this coverage saves you money on optical wellness, as well as providing discounts on eyewear, contacts, and corrective vision services.

Wellness- Opportunities available for employees to engage in activities and initiatives that promote a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families. Wellness activities available are provided at no cost to employees.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) A Healthcare FSA allows employees to pay for certain IRS-approved expenses with pretax dollars with a maximum election of $2,750.

 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Dependent Care- The Dependent Care FSA allows employees to use pre-tax dollars towards qualified dependent care such as for children under 13 or caring for elders. Annual maximum of $5,000.

Employee Assistance Program. (EAP) The Employee Assistance Program offers services to employees and their family members to help promote wellbeing and enhance the quality of life.

FREE Life Insurance- Provides Basic Life Coverage for all eligible employees in the amount of 100% of your annual salary, up to a maximum of $50,000 at no cost to the employee.

FREE Long Term disability- Provides income protection for all eligible employees while they are unable to work. Covers 60% of salary to a maximum of $6,000 per month after 6 months of disability.

Short Term disability- This voluntary benefit replaces a portion of your income due to covered off-job accidents, sickness, and childbirth. Worry less about your finances and more about your recovery while your paycheck is protected with disability insurance.

Additional voluntary benefits- Supplemental life insurance, accident insurance, and cancer insurance available to employees, their spouses and children.  

Accrued Time- Eligible employees accrue generous vacation/sick time. Employees accrue up to four weeks after the initial 90-day introductory period.

Paid Holidays- Employees may be eligible for up to 11 paid holidays per year.

Flexible Hours- Flexibility to work longer shift and fewer days of the week, Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem opportunities on different shifts.
