young people in a kitchenMartin Beck, President & Founding Partner of New England Grass Fed, visited our 4 South Main Street location to provide a presentation and cooking demonstration for students from our Community Engagement Center at the Resiliency Preparatory Academy.

During the presentation, Mr. Beck discussed the health advantages of choosing locally sourced whole foods and the increased nutritional value found in pasture-raised beef. For the cooking demonstration, he provided the students with a healthy meal of grass-fed burgers, roasted sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and ice cream.
