Jack Rua Invitational – 2018 Tournament Results

It was a hot day at the Crestwood Country Club in Rehoboth, MA, but that did not stop the more than 40 golfers that played in the tournament. This year was one of the most successful in the event’s history, with all proceeds benefiting the Jack Rua Camp for Children with Diabetes. Camp Jack offers youths ages 5-14, along with their friends and siblings, a chance to benefit from hands-on experiences in diabetes education and management while enjoying all the fun of summer camp activities.

After a day of golfing and fun, the night ended with a live auction, silent auction, and raffle, all featuring amazing prizes from a charcoal grill to a foursome with carts at Crestwood to Patriots vs. Eagles tickets. However, the hottest item up for bid was a set of 4 Yankees vs. Red Sox tickets with seating in the Loge box, donated by Spindle City Insulation. This item sparked a fierce bidding war across the room, ending with the final bid at $1,450.
