Fall River Children’s Holiday Parade

people holding a People Incorporated signEmployees from a variety of People Incorporated programs joined together on Saturday, December 7, 2019 to participate in the 35th Annual Fall River Children’s Holiday Parade.

We had more than a dozen volunteers dress up as elves to march down South Main Street alongside our “Santa’s Toy Factory” float, which was built by the creative and dedicated members of our Parade Committee. The float featured a Santa’s Toy Factory sign, wrapped presents, oversized classic children’s toys, and a Christmas tree with decorations handcrafted by participants in our Day Habilitation Program.

Thank you to all of our employees who helped make this a special day for the children of Fall River.  A special thank you to G. Lopes Construction for donating the truck, trailer, and driver we used for the parade, and to Ethan Lazaro who sang holiday songs while riding on the float to provide even more cheer!!
