Fall River, MA (October 17, 2025) – This morning, People Incorporated hosted the ribbon cutting ceremony of its Early Education Center, officially opening the Agency’s newest site of its Children’s Services Division at 145 Weaver Street in Fall River, MA. People Incorporated management and staff welcomed a complement of guests that included federal, state, and local officials, along with donors, supporters, and friends.

The event began under a tent outside the education center with People Incorporated President & CEO Megan Stirk offering welcoming remarks.
