Job Placement Services

Job placement and exploration services are funded by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. Job placement services are intended to assist individuals with choosing employment outcomes or career development based on their preferences, strengths, abilities, and needs. Each individual is assigned to an Employment Specialist who will assist with completing interest inventories, situational assessments, resume development, employment search, soft skills training, and submitting employment applications. Once employed, the Employment Specialist will follow up and support the individual for 90 days.
