We provide person-centered services that improve the quality of life for individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by creating opportunities to engage in the community and successful work experiences in a meaningful way. We meet the needs of each person we serve through a multidisciplinary team approach that includes supporting any medical interventions prescribed to improve an individual’s ability to learn new skills while providing behavior supports, along with community and employment training. Services all lead individuals toward independence, community engagement, employment, and the accomplishment of their goals.
Standardized behavioral, social, language, physical/adaptive, and work skills are evaluated and help the individual define the type of work and community engagement experiences that might suit them best.
Based on assessment results, we develop an individualized plan that helps guide the individual toward their full potential. Through intensive career exploration and exposure to different types of work through situational assessments, each person can make an informed decision on their training plan. Also, they create a professional resume, develop interviewing skills, develop a job search plan, and complete employment applications.
